Meet ENURA™
The retainer you'll choose every time.

Designed to simplify retention, ENURA™ combines exceptional durability, outstanding clarity and all-day comfort in one premium retainer. Built on a single high-performance material and a consistent manufacturing protocol, it removes the need to choose between different options for different patients. Whether you're fitting one retainer or hundreds each month, ENURA™ delivers the confidence of a product that's engineered to last, comfortable to wear and trusted to perform, case after case.

Why enura™

Enura™ is the next generation of premium clear retention from Maintainers Lab, where advanced material science meets exceptional everyday performance. Precision-crafted from a high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), Enura™ has been engineered to deliver the perfect balance of durability, flexibility, and comfort.

Designed to withstand the rigours of everyday patient life, from repeated insertion and removal to the demands of busy, active lifestyles, Enura™ delivers exceptional resilience without compromising on comfort or aesthetics.

Its outstanding elastic recovery helps the retainer maintain its shape and precise fit over time, while its crystal-clear finish offers a discreet, virtually invisible appearance. The smooth, adaptive material provides lasting comfort, encouraging consistent wear and giving patients the confidence to protect their orthodontic results every day.

Combining strength, precision, and premium comfort, Enura™ is more than a retainer, it's a high-performance retention solution engineered to perform, built to last, and designed for life.

For demanding patients, think enura

Enura™ can also be an excellent choice for patients who clench or grind their teeth (bruxism). Manufactured from a resilient thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), it offers greater flexibility and impact resistance than more rigid retainer materials, allowing it to better absorb and distribute the forces generated during parafunctional habits. This enhanced durability helps reduce the risk of cracking or fracture associated with repeated loading, making Enura™ a reliable option for patients who require long-term retention while being prone to heavy occlusal forces. While enura™ is not intended to replace a dedicated occlusal splint for the management of severe bruxism, its robust material properties make it well suited for patients with mild to moderate grinding tendencies who need a durable, comfortable retainer to maintain their orthodontic results.

Whatever the clinical requirement for a retainer, think
